The Galley Take-Out Café and Bakery offers two easy ways to get fresh, homemade snacks, lunches and beverages - in house at "The Galley" and our out-of-house catering.
At The Galley, sandwiches are made-in-front-of-you that include freshly baked breads, and locally grown produce and meats from PEI farmers. Create your sandwich just the way you like it. Start with a choice of breads—a crusty Kaiser, 7 grain bread, maritime brown bread, a white or whole wheat sub bun or a tortilla wrap. Add your favorite sandwich filling—sliced turkey, turkey/tuna/egg salad, roast beef or ham—top it all off with a slice of havarti or cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber and a dill pickle!
We also make fresh, homemade baked goods—like cinnamon rolls, biscuits, cookies, tarts, brownies and many more deliciously divine treats—every morning to accompany your cup of coffee or tea.
Every day we offer a different, made from scratch soup and freshly made Greek, Garden and Caesar salads. Add chicken or salmon and make your salad a meal!
Entrees are available daily— selection varies but may include Curry Chicken, Chicken Crepes, Pasta Primavera, Fishcakes and many others.
